SUSTAINABILITY ASSESSMENT

PREMISE

As a service company, Grosz is not involved in industrial processes or material handling, nor does it manage direct large-scale supply chains.
It therefore focuses its Code of Conduct on customer satisfaction and on the welfare of its employees and consultants.
In drafting the Code, Grosz took inspiration from the best practices developed in the communication/events field, as well as in other industries.

CODE OF CONDUCT
  1. Grosz is committed to improving working conditions while offering customers the best possible service in its fields of operation.

Grosz holds human rights as a guiding principle in all its decisions and actions, and fully respects the freedom of speech and of association of its employees and stakeholders.
As a company, it refuses any kind of discrimination based on gender, race, religion or social background and it applies a merit system for the recruitment, selection and appointment of its employees.
In order to promote professional and personal growth, the company has adopted a “smart working” model since 2000, making it the pivot of its social responsibility policy.
Remote working offers all employees implicit time/space flexibility and better time management, substantially improving their overall work experience.
In accordance with this model, Grosz bases internal relations on transparency, personal commitment and self-management.

  2. Grosz operates to minimize externalities and reduce the impact of its activities on nature and the environment.

Routine use of web channels enables real-time remote communication, efficient customer relations and state-of-the-art back-office operation.
Its “smart working” organization reduces to near zero unnecessary mobility and car use, thus contributing to the achievement of sustainability targets.

  3. Grosz is focused on health, safety and security in order to safeguard its employees, consultants and suppliers.

All issues are managed in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 81/2008, the regulation under which the company’s RSPP (H&S manager) operates in collaboration with its RLS (employees’ health and safety representative).

  4. Grosz protects the privacy of all information concerning customers, employees and suppliers, and all information that it manages/processes on their behalf.

Privacy issues are managed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
As an integral part of its “smart working” process, Grosz has implemented a proprietary, encrypted “cloud” system for the transmission of sensitive password-protected files.
All employees are contracted under specific confidentiality clauses aimed at protecting the intellectual property of the company and its customers.
